Evaluation

The evaluation of the new communication skills curriculm at all 3 schools was evaluated rigorously using several strategies:

• Communications OSCE-Controlled assessment of impact of third-year clerkship interventions
• Implementation Interviews-Examination of challenges in mounting the program at the three schools
• Local Evaluation Efforts-Targeted assessments of specific curricular interventions
• Senior Survey-Assessment of trends in communication knowledge and attitudes over time
